Of course Money has a different place, now that we are living on savings. Of course, also, how to spend time usefully and pleasantly needs planning. Naturally relationships change too, but there is more time to see friends and more support for choosing what is important instead of what is expected, or what we might think is expected. It is odd not to be consulted about things as we used to be, not to be still in the game by others still there. But then, the game begins to look awfully superficial from the outside, doesn't it? |
